Jeremiah 7:19-21

^19 (A)Are they provoking Me?” declares the Lord. “Is it not themselves instead, to their ^[a]own ^(B)shame?” ²⁰ Therefore this is what the Lord ^[b]God says: “Behold, My ^(C)anger and My wrath will be poured out on this place, on human and animal life, and on the ^(D)trees of the field and the fruit of the ground; and it will burn and not be quenched.”

²¹ This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says: “Add your ^(E)burnt offerings to your sacrifices and ^(F)eat flesh.
