Jeremiah 51:61-63

Amplified Bible

⁶¹ Then Jeremiah said to Seraiah, “When you come to Babylon, see to it that you read all these words aloud, ⁶² and say, ‘You, O Lord, have promised concerning this place to cut it off and destroy it, so that there shall be nothing living in it, neither man nor animal, but it will be perpetually desolate.’ ⁶³ And as soon as you finish reading this scroll, you shall tie a stone to it and throw it into the middle of the Euphrates.
