appoint a ^(H)marshal against her;
    ^(I)bring up horses like bristling locusts.
^28 (J)Prepare ^(K)the nations for war against her,
    the kings of ^(L)the Medes, ^(M)with their governors ^(N)and deputies,
    and every ^(O)land under their dominion.
^29 (P)The land trembles and writhes in pain,
    ^(Q)for the Lord's purposes against Babylon stand,
to make the land of Babylon a desolation,
    without inhabitant.
