⁹ Now in the ^(A)fifth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, in the ^(B)ninth month, all the people in Jerusalem and all the people who ^(C)came from the cities of Judah to Jerusalem proclaimed a ^(D)fast before the Lord.

¹⁹ “The Lord of armies says this: ‘The fast of the ^(A)fourth, the fast of the ^(B)fifth, the fast of the ^(C)seventh, and the fast of the ^(D)tenth months will become ^(E)joy, jubilation, and ^[a]cheerful festivals for the house of Judah; so ^(F)love truth and peace.’
