²² all the kings of Tyre, all the kings of Sidon, and all the kings of the coast lands that are beyond the sea; ²³ Dedan, Tema, Buz, and those who shave the corners of their beards;^{[a] 24} all the kings of Arabia and all the kings of the various people^[b] who live in the desert;
