¹⁵ For the Lord God said to me: “Take from my hand this wine cup filled to the brim with my fury, and make all the nations to whom I send you drink from it. ¹⁶ They shall drink from it and reel, crazed by the death blows I rain upon them.”

¹⁷ So I took the cup of fury from the Lord and made all the nations drink from it—every nation God had sent me to;
