²³The Lord asks:
    Am I a God only when I am near at hand,
    but not when I am far away?
²⁴Can someone hide in a secret place
    so that I cannot see him?
    Do I not fill heaven and earth?

²⁵I have heard what the prophets say who prophesy lies in my name. “I have had a dream,” they cry out. “I have had a dream.”
