Jeremiah 6:26
New English Translation

26 So I said,[a] “Oh, my dear people,[b] put on sackcloth
and roll in ashes.
Mourn with painful sobs
as though you had lost your only child.
For any moment now[c] that destructive army[d]
will come against us.”
