Isaiah 51:6-8

New American Standard Bible

^6 (A)Raise your eyes to the sky,
Then look to the earth beneath;
For the ^(B)sky will vanish like smoke,
And the ^(C)earth will wear out like a garment
And its inhabitants will die ^[a]in the same way.
But My ^(D)salvation will be forever,
And My righteousness will not fail.
^7 (E)Listen to Me, you who know righteousness,
A people in whose ^(F)heart is My Law;
Do not fear the ^(G)taunting of ^[b]people,
Nor be terrified of their abuses.
⁸ For the ^(H)moth will eat them like a garment;
Yes, the ^(I)moth will eat them like wool.
But My ^(J)righteousness will be forever,
And My salvation to all generations.”
