Isaiah 36:21-22

21 But[a] they were silent and did not answer him a word, for the command of the king was, “You must not answer him.” 22 Then[b] Eliakim son of Hilkiah, who was over the palace,[c] Shebna the secretary, and Joah son of Asaph, the reminder, came to Hezekiah with torn garments and told him the words of Rabshakeh.

21 But the people remained silent and said nothing in reply, because the king had commanded, “Do not answer him.”(A)
22 Then Eliakim(B) son of Hilkiah the palace administrator, Shebna the secretary and Joah son of Asaph the recorder(C) went to Hezekiah, with their clothes torn,(D) and told him what the field commander had said.
