6 And there shall be stability of [a]the times, strength, salvation, wisdom, and knowledge: for the fear of the Lord shall be his treasure.
7 Behold, [b]their messengers shall cry without, and the [c]ambassadors of peace shall weep bitterly.
8 The [d]paths are waste: the wayfaring man ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant: he hath contemned the cities: he regardeth no man.

6 Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times,
And the strength of salvation;
The fear of the Lord is His treasure.
7 Surely their valiant ones shall cry outside,

The traveling man ceases.
