Your plunder[a] disappears as if locusts were eating it;[b]
they swarm over it like locusts.[c]
The Lord is exalted,[d]
indeed,[e] he lives in heaven;[f]
he fills Zion with justice and fairness.
He is your constant source of stability;[g]
he abundantly provides safety and great wisdom;[h]
he gives all this to those who fear him.[i]
