³At the noise of the tumult the people fled; at the lifting up of thyself the nations were scattered.

³^(A)At the tumultuous noise peoples flee;
when you lift yourself up, nations are scattered,

³At the sound of a roar, ^(A)peoples flee;
At the ^(B)lifting up of Yourself, nations disperse.

³At the uproar of your army,^(A) the peoples flee;^(B)
when you rise up,^(C) the nations scatter.
