Isaiah 14:31-32

New International Version

³¹ Wail,^(A) you gate!^(B) Howl, you city!
    Melt away, all you Philistines!^(C)
A cloud of smoke comes from the north,^(D)
    and there is not a straggler in its ranks.^(E)
32 What answer shall be given
    to the envoys^(F) of that nation?
“The Lord has established Zion,^(G)
    and in her his afflicted people will find refuge.^(H)”
