Isaiah 14:27-29

²⁷ “because the LORD of Hosts has determined. And who shall annul? His Hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?”

²⁸ In the year that King Ahaz died, was this burden.

²⁹ “Do not rejoice, all you of Philistia, because the rod of him who beat you is broken. For out of the serpent’s root shall come forth a viper, and its fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
