Isaiah 40:24-25

^24 [a]Scarcely have they been planted;
^[b]Scarcely have they been sown;
^[c]Scarcely has their stem taken root in the earth,
But He merely blows on them, and they ^[d]wither,
And the ^(A)storm carries them away like stubble.
²⁵ “^(B)To whom then will you liken Me
That I would be his equal?” says the Holy One.
