2 florecerá en abundancia, y también se alegrará y cantará con júbilo, pues le serán dadas la belleza del Líbano y la hermosura del Carmelo y de Sarón. ¡Estos montes verán la gloria del Señor, ¡la hermosura de nuestro Dios! 3 Fortalezcan las manos cansadas y afirmen las rodillas endebles.(A) 4 Digan a los de corazón amedrentado: «Esfuércense y no teman. ¡Miren! Aquí viene su Dios, para castigar a sus enemigos como merecen. Dios mismo viene, y él los salvará.»

2 it shall blossom abundantly
and rejoice with joy and singing.
(A)The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,
the majesty of (B)Carmel and (C)Sharon.
(D)They shall see the glory of the Lord,
the majesty of our God.
3 (E)Strengthen the weak hands,
and make firm the feeble knees.
4 Say to those who have an anxious heart,
“Be strong; fear not!
(F)Behold, your God
will come with vengeance,
with the recompense of God.
He will come and save you.”

2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.
3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
