Hebrews 5:5-7

⁵ So too Christ ^(A)did not glorify Himself in becoming a ^(B)high priest, but it was He who ^(C)said to Him,

⁶ just as He also says in another passage,

⁷ In the days of ^[a]His humanity, ^[b](G)He offered up both prayers and pleas with ^(H)loud crying and tears to the One ^(I)able to save Him ^[c]from death, and He ^[d]was heard because of His ^(J)devout behavior.
