⁷ In the days of ^[a]His humanity, ^[b](A)He offered up both prayers and pleas with ^(B)loud crying and tears to the One ^(C)able to save Him ^[c]from death, and He ^[d]was heard because of His ^(D)devout behavior. ⁸ Although He was ^(E)a Son, He learned ^(F)obedience from the things which He suffered.

^24 [a]Jesus, on the other hand, because He continues ^(A)forever, holds His priesthood permanently. ²⁵ Therefore He is also able to ^(B)save ^[b]forever those who ^(C)come to God through Him, since He always lives to ^(D)make intercession for them.
