Genesis 9:16-18

¹⁶ “Therefore, the bow shall be in the cloud, so that I may see it and remember the everlasting Covenant between God and every living thing, in all flesh that is upon the Earth.”

¹⁷ God also said to Noah, “This is the sign of the Covenant which I have established between all flesh that is upon the Earth and Myself.”

¹⁸ Now the sons of Noah, going out of the Ark, were Shem and Ham and Japheth. And Ham is the father of Canaan.
