¹⁶ The bow will be in the clouds, and I will look at it and remember the everlasting covenant^(A) between God and all the living creatures^[a] on earth.”

⁷ I will keep My covenant between Me and you, and your future offspring throughout their generations, as an everlasting covenant^(A) to be your God and the God of your offspring after you.^(B)

²¹ “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,”^(A) says the Lord: “My Spirit who is on you, and My words that I have put in your mouth,^(B) will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouth of your children, or from the mouth of your children’s children, from now on and forever,” says the Lord.
