Genesis 48:8-10

⁸ When Israel ^(A)saw Joseph’s sons, he said, “Who are these?” ⁹ And Joseph said to his father, “^(B)They are my sons, whom God has given me here.” So he said, “Bring them to me, please, so that ^(C)I may bless them.” ¹⁰ Now ^(D)the eyes of Israel were so ^[a]dim from age that he could not see. And ^[b]Joseph brought them close to him, and he ^(E)kissed them and embraced them.
