Genesis 43:8-10
New King James Version
8 Then Judah said to Israel his father, “Send the lad with me, and we will arise and go, that we may (A)live and not die, both we and you and also our little ones. 9 I myself will be surety for him; from my hand you shall require him. (B)If I do not bring him back to you and set him before you, then let me bear the blame forever. 10 For if we had not lingered, surely by now we would have returned this second time.”

8 So Judah said to his father Israel, “Send the boy with me and we will arise and go, (A)so that we may live and not die, we as well as you and our little ones. 9 (B)I myself will take responsibility for him! You may demand him back from [a]me. If I do not bring him back to you and present him to you, then [b]you can let me take the blame forever. 10 For if we had not delayed, surely by now we could have returned twice.”

8 Then Judah(A) said to Israel(B) his father, “Send the boy along with me and we will go at once, so that we and you and our children may live and not die.(C) 9 I myself will guarantee his safety; you can hold me personally responsible for him.(D) If I do not bring him back to you and set him here before you, I will bear the blame(E) before you all my life.(F) 10 As it is, if we had not delayed,(G) we could have gone and returned twice.”
