^2 (A)The Lord was with Joseph, so he became a ^[a]successful man. And he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian. ³ Now his master ^(B)saw that the Lord was with him and how the Lord ^(C)caused all that he did to prosper in his hand.

^23 (A)The chief jailer did not supervise anything under ^[a]Joseph’s charge because ^(B)the Lord was with him; and whatever he did, ^(C)the Lord made to prosper.
