And Oholibamah gave Esau Jeush, Jalam and Korah. These were Esau’s sons who were born in the land of Canaan.

Esau took his wives, his sons, his daughters and all the people who lived with him. He took his herds and other animals. And he took all the belongings he had gotten in Canaan. And he went to a land away from his brother Jacob. Esau and Jacob’s belongings were becoming too many for them to live in the same land. The land where they had lived could not support both of them. They had too many herds.

Esau took his wives and sons and daughters and all the members of his household, as well as his livestock and all his other animals and all the goods he had acquired in Canaan,(B) and moved to a land some distance from his brother Jacob.(C) Their possessions were too great for them to remain together; the land where they were staying could not support them both because of their livestock.(D)

And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the persons of his house, and his cattle, and all his beasts, and all his substance, which he had got in the land of Canaan; and went into the country from the face of his brother Jacob.

For their riches were more than that they might dwell together; and the land wherein they were strangers could not bear them because of their cattle.
