37 After Samlah died, Shaul from Rehoboth on the river succeeded him as king.
38 After Shaul died, Baal Hanan, son of Achbor, succeeded him as king.
39 After Baal Hanan, son of Achbor, died, Hadar succeeded him as king, and the name of his capital city was Pau. His wife’s name was Mehetabel, daughter of Matred and granddaughter of Mezahab.

37 And when Samlah died, Saul of (A)Rehoboth-by-the-River reigned in his place. 38 When Saul died, Baal-Hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place. 39 And when Baal-Hanan the son of Achbor died, [a]Hadar reigned in his place; and the name of his city was [b]Pau. His wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
