Genesis 35:8-10

8 Deborah, Rebekah’s nurse, died. She was buried under the oak below Bethel, and so it was named Allon-bacuth.[a]
9 On Jacob’s arrival from Paddan-aram, God appeared to him again and blessed him. 10 God said to him:
Your name is Jacob.
You will no longer be named Jacob,
but Israel will be your name.(A)
So he was named Israel.

New International Version
8 Now Deborah, Rebekah’s nurse,(A) died and was buried under the oak(B) outside Bethel.(C) So it was named Allon Bakuth.[a]
9 After Jacob returned from Paddan Aram,[b](D) God appeared to him again and blessed him.(E) 10 God said to him, “Your name is Jacob,[c] but you will no longer be called Jacob; your name will be Israel.[d]”(F) So he named him Israel.
