¹⁸ since Abraham will surely become a great and ^[a]mighty nation, and in him ^(A)all the nations of the earth will be blessed?

²⁵ It is you who are ^(A)the sons of the prophets and of the ^(B)covenant which God ^[a]made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘^(C)And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.’

⁸ And the Scripture, foreseeing that God ^[a]would justify the ^[b]Gentiles by faith, proclaimed the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “^(A)All the nations will be blessed in you.”

¹⁶ Now the promises were spoken ^(A)to Abraham and to his seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as referring to many, but rather to one, “And ^(B)to your seed,” that is, Christ.
