10 Here is the genealogy of the sons of Noach — Shem, Ham and Yefet; sons were born to them after the flood.
2 The sons of Yefet were Gomer, Magog, Madai, Yavan, Tuval, Meshekh and Tiras. 3 The sons of Gomer were Ashkenaz, Rifat and Togarmah. 4 The sons of Yavan were Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim and Dodanim. 5 From these the islands of the nations were divided into their lands, each according to its language, according to their families, in their nations.
6 The sons of Ham were Kush, Mitzrayim, Put and Kena‘an. 7 The sons of Kush were S’va, Havilah, Savta, Ra‘mah and Savt’kha. The sons of Ra‘mah were Sh’va and D’dan.
8 Kush fathered Nimrod, who was the first powerful ruler on earth. 9 He was a mighty hunter before Adonai — this is why people say, “Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before Adonai.” 10 His kingdom began with Bavel, Erekh, Akkad and Kalneh, in the land of Shin‘ar. 11 Ashur went out from that land and built Ninveh, the city Rechovot, Kelach, 12 and Resen between Ninveh and Kelach — that one is the great city.
13 Mitzrayim fathered the Ludim, the ‘Anamim, the L’havim, the Naftuchim, 14 the Patrusim, the Kasluchim (from whom came the P’lishtim) and the Kaftorim.
15 Kena‘an fathered Tzidon his firstborn, Het, 16 the Y’vusi, the Emori, the Girgashi, 17 the Hivi, the ‘Arki, the Sini, 18 the Arvadi, the Tz’mari and the Hamati. Afterwards, the families of the Kena‘ani were dispersed. 19 The border of the Kena‘ani was from Tzidon, as you go toward G’rar, to ‘Azah; as you go toward S’dom, ‘Amora, Admah and Tzvoyim, to Lesha.
20 These were the descendants of Ham, according to their families and languages, in their lands and in their nations.
21 Children were also born to Shem, ancestor of all the descendants of ‘Ever and older brother of Yefet. 22 The sons of Shem were ‘Elam, Ashur, Arpakhshad, Lud and Aram. 23 The sons of Aram were ‘Utz, Hul, Geter and Mash. 24 Arpakhshad fathered Shelach, and Shelach fathered ‘Ever. 25 To ‘Ever were born two sons. One was given the name Peleg [division], because during his lifetime the earth was divided. His brother’s name was Yoktan. 26 Yoktan fathered Almodad, Shelef, Hatzar-Mavet, Yerach, 27 Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, 28 ‘Oval, Avima’el, Sheva, 29 Ofir, Havilah and Yovav — all these were the sons of Yoktan. 30 Their territory stretched from Mesha, as you go toward S’far, to the mountain in the east.
31 These were the descendants of Shem, according to their families and languages, in their lands and in their nations.
32 These were the families of the sons of Noach, according to their generations, in their nations. From these the nations of the earth were divided up after the flood.

10 Esta es la historia de Sem, Cam y Jafet, hijos de Noé, quienes después del diluvio tuvieron sus propios hijos.
2 Los hijos[a] de Jafet fueron Gómer, Magog, Maday, Javán, Tubal, Mésec y Tirás.
3 Los hijos de Gómer fueron Asquenaz, Rifat y Togarma.
4 Los hijos de Javán fueron Elisá, Tarsis, Quitín y Rodanín.[b]
5 Algunos de ellos, que poblaron las costas, formaron naciones y clanes en sus respectivos territorios y con sus propios idiomas.
6 Los hijos de Cam fueron Cus, Misrayin, Fut y Canaán.
7 Los hijos de Cus fueron Seba, Javilá, Sabtá, Ragama y Sabteca.

8 Cus fue el padre de Nimrod, conocido como el primer gran guerrero de la tierra, 9 quien llegó a ser un valiente cazador ante el Señor. Por eso se dice: «Como Nimrod, valiente cazador ante el Señor». 10 Las principales ciudades de su reino fueron Babel, Érec, Acad y Calné, en la región de Sinar. 11 Desde esa región Nimrod salió hacia Asur, donde construyó[c] las ciudades de Nínive, Rejobot Ir,[d] Cala 12 y Resén, la gran ciudad que está entre Nínive y Cala.
13 Misrayin fue el antepasado de los ludeos, los anameos, los leabitas, los naftuitas, 14 los patruseos, los caslujitas y los caftoritas, de quienes descienden los filisteos.
15 Canaán fue el padre de Sidón, su primogénito, y de Het, 16 y el antepasado de los jebuseos, los amorreos, los gergeseos, 17 los heveos, los araceos, los sineos, 18 los arvadeos, los zemareos y los jamatitas.
Luego, estos clanes cananeos se dispersaron, 19 y su territorio se extendió desde Sidón hasta Guerar y Gaza, y en dirección de Sodoma, Gomorra, Admá y Zeboyín, hasta Lasa.
20 Estos fueron los descendientes de Cam, según sus clanes e idiomas, territorios y naciones.

Selaj fue el padre de Éber.

31 Estos fueron los hijos de Sem, según sus clanes y sus idiomas, sus territorios y naciones.
32 Estos son los clanes de los hijos de Noé, según sus genealogías y sus naciones. A partir de estos clanes, las naciones se extendieron sobre la tierra después del diluvio.

10 Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.
2 The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
3 And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.
4 And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
5 By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.
6 And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.
7 And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtechah: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.
8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
9 He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.
10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
11 Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah,
12 And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.
13 And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
14 And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim.
15 And Canaan begat Sidon his first born, and Heth,
16 And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgasite,
17 And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
18 And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.
19 And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.
20 These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.
21 Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder, even to him were children born.
22 The children of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.
23 And the children of Aram; Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.
24 And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.
25 And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.
26 And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
27 And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,
28 And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
29 And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.
30 And their dwelling was from Mesha, as thou goest unto Sephar a mount of the east.
31 These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.
32 These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.

2 (C)The sons of Japheth were Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras. 3 The sons of Gomer were Ashkenaz, [a]Riphath, and Togarmah. 4 The sons of Javan were Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and [b]Dodanim. 5 From these (D)the coastland peoples of the Gentiles were separated into their lands, everyone according to his language, according to their families, into their nations.
6 (E)The sons of Ham were Cush, Mizraim, [c]Put, and Canaan. 7 The sons of Cush were Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabtechah; and the sons of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.
8 Cush begot (F)Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one on the earth. 9 He was a mighty (G)hunter (H)before the Lord; therefore it is said, “Like Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.” 10 (I)And the beginning of his kingdom was (J)Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. 11 From that land he went (K)to Assyria and built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah, 12 and Resen between Nineveh and Calah (that is the principal city).
