⁶² Meanwhile, Isaac, whose home was in the Negev, had returned from Beer-lahai-roi.

¹¹ After Abraham’s death, God blessed his son Isaac, who settled near Beer-lahai-roi in the Negev.

¹⁴ So that well was named Beer-lahai-roi (which means “well of the Living One who sees me”). It can still be found between Kadesh and Bered.
