Galatians 4:28-30

²⁸But you,^[a] brothers and sisters,^[b] are children of the promise like Isaac. ²⁹But just as at that time the one born by natural descent^[c] persecuted the one born according to the Spirit,^[d] so it is now. ³⁰But what does the scripture say? “Throw out the slave woman and her son, for the son of the slave woman will not share the inheritance with the son”^[e] of the free woman.

It is more likely that a copyist, noticing the first person pronouns in vv. 26 and 31, changed a second person pronoun here to first person for consistency.

²⁸Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise.^(A) ²⁹At that time the son born according to the flesh^(B) persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit.^(C) It is the same now. ³⁰But what does Scripture say? “Get rid of the slave woman and her son, for the slave woman’s son will never share in the inheritance with the free woman’s son.”^[a]^(D)
