Call to Apostleship^(A)

^11 (B)But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.

Greeting

1 Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but ^(A)through Jesus Christ and God the Father ^(B)who raised Him from the dead),

^3 (A)how that by revelation ^(B)He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already, ⁴ by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), ⁵ which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: ⁶ that the Gentiles ^(C)should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, ^7 (D)of which I became a minister ^(E)according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by ^(F)the effective working of His power.

Purpose of the Mystery

⁸ To me, ^(G)who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles ^(H)the unsearchable riches of Christ,

Institution of the Lord’s Supper^(A)

²³ For ^(B)I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: ^(C)that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread;

⁹ But as it is written:

¹⁰ But ^(B)God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

15 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel ^(B)which I preached to you, which also you received and ^(C)in which you stand, ^2 (D)by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless ^(E)you believed in vain.

³ For ^(F)I delivered to you first of all that ^(G)which I also received: that Christ died for our sins ^(H)according to the Scriptures,

^16 (A)in the day when God will judge the secrets of men ^(B)by Jesus Christ, ^(C)according to my gospel.
