Rebuilding Begins Anew
5 Now the prophets, (A)Haggai and (B)Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied to the Jews who were in Judah and Jerusalem, in the name of the God of Israel who was over them. 2 (C)Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and (D)Jeshua the son of Jozadak arose and began to rebuild the house of God that is in Jerusalem, and the prophets of God were (E)with them, supporting them.

Zechariah 4:6-10

6 Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to (A)Zerubbabel: (B)Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts. 7 Who are you, (C)O great mountain? Before (D)Zerubbabel (E)you shall become a plain. And he shall bring forward (F)the top stone amid shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”
8 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 9 (G)“The hands of (H)Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also (I)complete it. (J)Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent me to you. 10 (K)For whoever has despised the day of small things shall rejoice, and shall see (L)the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.
(M)“These seven (N)are the eyes of the Lord, (O)which range through the whole earth.”
