The Sacred Portion of the Land
45 ‘When you divide the land by lot as an inheritance,(A) set aside a donation to the Lord, a holy portion of the land,(B) 13.25 kilometres[a] long and 10.6 kilometres[b] wide. This entire region will be holy. 2 In this area there will be a square section[c] for the sanctuary, 265 by 265 metres,[d](C) with 26.5 metres[e] of open space all round it. 3 From this holy portion,[f] you will measure off an area 13.25 kilometres long and 5.3 kilometres[g] wide, in which the sanctuary, the most holy place,(D) will stand.[h] 4 It will be a holy area of the land to be used by the priests who minister in the sanctuary, who approach to serve the Lord.(E) It will be a place for their houses, as well as a holy area for the sanctuary. 5 There will be another area 13.25 kilometres long and 5.3 kilometres wide for the Levites who minister in the temple;(F) it will be their possession for towns to live in.[i]
6 ‘As the property of the city, set aside an area 2.65 kilometres[j] wide and 13.25 kilometres long, adjacent to the holy donation of land.(G) It will be for the whole house of Israel. 7 And the prince will have the area on each side of the holy donation of land and the city’s property, adjacent to the holy donation and the city’s property, stretching to the west on the west side and to the east on the east side.(H) Its length will correspond to one of the tribal portions from the western boundary to the eastern boundary. 8 This will be his land as a possession in Israel. My princes will no longer oppress my people(I) but give the rest of the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.
9 ‘This is what the Lord God says: You have gone too far,[k](J) princes of Israel! Put away violence and oppression and do what is just and right.(K) Put an end to your evictions of my people.’ This is the declaration of the Lord God. 10 ‘You are to have honest scales, an honest dry measure,[l] and an honest liquid measure.[m](L) 11 The dry measure[n] and the liquid measure[o] will be uniform, with the liquid measure containing twenty-two litres[p] and the dry measure holding twenty-two litres.[q] Their measurement will be a tenth of the standard larger capacity measure.[r] 12 The shekel[s] will weigh twenty gerahs.(M) Your mina will equal sixty shekels.
The People’s Contribution to the Sacrifices
13 ‘This is the contribution you are to offer: 3 litres[t] from 220 litres[u] of wheat and[v] 3 litres from 220 litres of barley. 14 The quota of oil in liquid measures[w] will be one per cent of every[x] cor. The cor equals ten liquid measures or one standard larger capacity measure,[y] since ten liquid measures equal one standard larger capacity measure. 15 And the quota from the flock is one animal out of every two hundred from the well-watered pastures of Israel. These are for the grain offerings, burnt offerings, and fellowship offerings, to make atonement for the people.’(N) This is the declaration of the Lord God. 16 ‘All the people of the land must take part in this contribution for the prince in Israel. 17 Then the burnt offerings, grain offerings, and drink offerings for the festivals, New Moons, and Sabbaths – for all the appointed times of the house of Israel – will be the prince’s responsibility. He will provide the sin offerings, grain offerings, burnt offerings, and fellowship offerings to make atonement on behalf of the house of Israel.
18 ‘This is what the Lord God says: In the first month, on the first day of the month, you are to take a young, unblemished bull and purify the sanctuary. 19 The priest is to take some of the blood from the sin offering and apply it to the temple doorposts, the four corners of the altar’s ledge, and the doorposts of the gate of the inner court.(O) 20 You are to do the same thing on the seventh day of the month for everyone who sins unintentionally or through ignorance.(P) In this way you will make atonement for the temple.
21 ‘In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, you are to celebrate the Passover, a festival of seven days during which unleavened bread will be eaten.(Q) 22 On that day the prince will provide a bull as a sin offering on behalf of himself and all the people of the land. 23 During the seven days of the festival, he will provide seven bulls and seven rams without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord on each of the seven days, along with a male goat each day for a sin offering. 24 He will also provide a grain offering of twenty-two litres[z] per bull and twenty-two litres per ram, along with four litres[aa] of oil for every twenty-two litres of grain. 25 At the festival that begins on the fifteenth day of the seventh month,[ab](R) he will provide the same things for seven days – the same sin offerings, burnt offerings, grain offerings, and oil.

Israel Fully Restored
45 “‘When you allot the land as an inheritance,(A) you are to present to the Lord a portion of the land as a sacred district, 25,000 cubits[a] long and 20,000[b] cubits[c] wide; the entire area will be holy.(B) 2 Of this, a section 500 cubits[d] square(C) is to be for the sanctuary, with 50 cubits[e] around it for open land. 3 In the sacred district, measure off a section 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits[f] wide. In it will be the sanctuary, the Most Holy Place. 4 It will be the sacred portion of the land for the priests,(D) who minister in the sanctuary and who draw near to minister before the Lord. It will be a place for their houses as well as a holy place for the sanctuary.(E) 5 An area 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits wide will belong to the Levites, who serve in the temple, as their possession for towns to live in.[g](F)
6 “‘You are to give the city as its property an area 5,000 cubits[h] wide and 25,000 cubits long, adjoining the sacred portion; it will belong to all Israel.(G)
7 “‘The prince will have the land bordering each side of the area formed by the sacred district and the property of the city. It will extend westward from the west side and eastward from the east side, running lengthwise from the western to the eastern border parallel to one of the tribal portions.(H) 8 This land will be his possession in Israel. And my princes will no longer oppress my people but will allow the people of Israel to possess the land according to their tribes.(I)
9 “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: You have gone far enough, princes of Israel! Give up your violence and oppression(J) and do what is just and right.(K) Stop dispossessing my people, declares the Sovereign Lord. 10 You are to use accurate scales,(L) an accurate ephah[i](M) and an accurate bath.[j] 11 The ephah(N) and the bath are to be the same size, the bath containing a tenth of a homer and the ephah a tenth of a homer; the homer is to be the standard measure for both. 12 The shekel[k] is to consist of twenty gerahs.(O) Twenty shekels plus twenty-five shekels plus fifteen shekels equal one mina.[l]
13 “‘This is the special gift you are to offer: a sixth of an ephah[m] from each homer of wheat and a sixth of an ephah[n] from each homer of barley. 14 The prescribed portion of olive oil, measured by the bath, is a tenth of a bath[o] from each cor (which consists of ten baths or one homer, for ten baths are equivalent to a homer). 15 Also one sheep is to be taken from every flock of two hundred from the well-watered pastures of Israel. These will be used for the grain offerings, burnt offerings(P) and fellowship offerings to make atonement(Q) for the people, declares the Sovereign Lord. 16 All the people of the land will be required to give this special offering to the prince in Israel. 17 It will be the duty of the prince to provide the burnt offerings, grain offerings and drink offerings at the festivals, the New Moons(R) and the Sabbaths(S)—at all the appointed festivals of Israel. He will provide the sin offerings,[p] grain offerings, burnt offerings and fellowship offerings to make atonement for the Israelites.(T)
18 “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In the first month(U) on the first day you are to take a young bull without defect(V) and purify the sanctuary.(W) 19 The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the temple, on the four corners of the upper ledge(X) of the altar(Y) and on the gateposts of the inner court. 20 You are to do the same on the seventh day of the month for anyone who sins unintentionally(Z) or through ignorance; so you are to make atonement for the temple.
21 “‘In the first month on the fourteenth day you are to observe the Passover,(AA) a festival lasting seven days, during which you shall eat bread made without yeast. 22 On that day the prince is to provide a bull as a sin offering for himself and for all the people of the land.(AB) 23 Every day during the seven days of the festival he is to provide seven bulls and seven rams(AC) without defect as a burnt offering to the Lord, and a male goat for a sin offering.(AD) 24 He is to provide as a grain offering(AE) an ephah for each bull and an ephah for each ram, along with a hin[q] of olive oil for each ephah.(AF)
25 “‘During the seven days of the festival,(AG) which begins in the seventh month on the fifteenth day, he is to make the same provision for sin offerings, burnt offerings, grain offerings and oil.(AH)

Ezekiel 45
International Standard Version
Israel’s Future Temple Park
45 “When you divide the land for an inheritance, you are to present a Terumah[a] to the Lord, a consecrated portion of the land 25,000 cubits[b] long and 20,000[c] cubits[d] wide. Everything within this area is to be treated as holy. 2 A Holy Place is to be dedicated from this area in the form of a square measuring 500 by 500 cubits,[e] with a 50 cubit[f] buffer zone[g] surrounding it. 3 From this area a measure is to be made 25,000 cubits[h] long and 10,000 cubits[i] wide, which is to contain the sanctuary, the holiest of holy objects. 4 It is to be a holy portion of the land, set aside[j] for the priests who serve the sanctuary, who approach the Lord to serve him. It is to be a place for their houses, as well as the Holy Place of the sanctuary. 5 An area 25,000 cubits[k] long by 10,000 cubits wide is to be set aside[l] for use by the Levite[m] servants of the Temple, 20 parcels[n] for their residential properties. 6 The land allocation for the city is to be set at 5,000 cubits[o] wide and 25,000 cubits[p] long, adjacent to the sanctuary district, reserved for the entire house of Israel.”
The Portion for the Regent Prince
7 “The Regent Prince is to have a portion[q] on both sides of the consecrated allotment for the sanctuary and the city’s land allotment, adjacent to both on the west[r] and the east sides, comparable in length to one of the portions from the west[s] border to the east border. 8 This property in Israel is to belong to the Regent Prince,[t] so my regent princes will no longer mistreat my nation. The remaining portion of the land is to be allotted to the house of Israel, that is, to its tribes.”
An Exhortation to Honest Business
9 “This is what the Lord God says, ‘Enough of you, you regent princes of Israel! Abandon your violence and destruction. Practice what is just and right instead! Stop confiscating property from my people!’ declares the Lord God. 10 ‘You’re to use an honest scale, an honest dry measure,[u] and an honest liquid measure![v] 11 The ephah and the bath are to be of equal volume; that is, the bath is to contain one tenth of an omer and the ephah one tenth of an omer. The omer is to be the standard on which their volume measurement is to be based. 12 The shekel[w] is to weigh 20 gerahs. The mina[x] is to be comprised of three coins weighing[y] 20, 25, and fifteen shekels, respectively.’”
Weight Standards for Offerings
13 “Here are the standards for presenting offerings: a sixth of an ephah that is based on the standard omer of wheat, and a sixth of an ephah based on the standard omer of barley. 14 The olive oil quota is to be based on the bath, measured at ten baths to each omer, which is equal to one kor. 15 The sheep quota is to be one from each flock of 200 taken from the pastures of Israel. From all of these you are to present grain offerings, burnt offerings, and peace offerings, to make atonement for them,” declares the Lord God.
16 “The entire nation living in the land is to present this offering to the Regent Prince in Israel. 17 The Regent Prince is to provide the burnt offerings, grain offerings, and drink offerings at the festivals, on the New Moons and Sabbaths, and at all of the prescribed festivals of the house of Israel. He is to provide the grain offerings, burnt offerings, and peace offerings in order to make atonement for the house of Israel.”
18 “This is what the Lord God says, ‘On the first day of the first month, you are to present a young bull without defect in order to cleanse the sanctuary. 19 The priest is to place some of the blood from the sin offering on the door posts of the Temple, on the four corners of the ledge around the altar, and on the posts of the gate leading to the inner court. 20 You are also to do this on the seventh day of the month, to make atonement for any person who wanders away or who sins through ignorance in order to make atonement for the Temple.
21 “‘On the fourteenth day of the first month, you are to observe the Passover as a festival for seven days. Unleavened bread is to be eaten. 22 On that day, the Regent Prince is to provide, both for himself and for all the people who live in the land, a bull for a sin offering. 23 Each day during the seven days of the festival, he is to provide a burnt offering to the Lord, consisting of seven bulls and seven rams without defect, offered each day throughout the seven days, along with a male goat offered each day as a sin offering.
24 “‘The Regent Prince[z] is also to present a grain offering consisting of an ephah with each bull and an ephah with each ram, along with a hin of olive oil mixed with an ephah of grain. 25 On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, during a seven day festival, the Regent Prince[aa] is to present these as daily sin offerings, burnt offerings, and grain offerings mixed with oil.’”
