Ezekiel 6:9
New King James Version
9 Then those of you who escape will (A)remember Me among the nations where they are carried captive, because (B)I was crushed by their adulterous heart which has departed from Me, and (C)by their eyes which play the harlot after their idols; (D)they will loathe themselves for the evils which they committed in all their abominations.

Ezekiel 23:12-21
New King James Version
12 “She lusted for the neighboring (A)Assyrians,
(B)Captains and rulers,
Clothed most gorgeously,
Horsemen riding on horses,
All of them desirable young men.
13 Then I saw that she was defiled;
Both took the same way.
14 But she increased her harlotry;
She looked at men portrayed on the wall,
Images of (C)Chaldeans portrayed in vermilion,
15 Girded with belts around their waists,
Flowing turbans on their heads,
All of them looking like captains,
In the manner of the Babylonians of Chaldea,
The land of their nativity.
16 (D)As soon as her eyes saw them,
She lusted for them
And sent (E)messengers to them in Chaldea.
17 “Then the [a]Babylonians came to her, into the bed of love,
And they defiled her with their immorality;
So she was defiled by them, (F)and alienated herself from them.
18 She revealed her harlotry and uncovered her nakedness.
Then (G)I (H)alienated Myself from her,
As I had alienated Myself from her sister.
19 “Yet she multiplied her harlotry
In calling to remembrance the days of her youth,
(I)When she had played the harlot in the land of Egypt.
20 For she lusted for her [b]paramours,
Whose flesh is like the flesh of donkeys,
And whose issue is like the issue of horses.
21 Thus you called to remembrance the lewdness of your youth,
When the (J)Egyptians pressed your bosom
Because of your youthful breasts.

Jeremiah 22:8-9
New King James Version
8 And many nations will pass by this city; and everyone will say to his neighbor, (A)‘Why has the Lord done so to this great city?’ 9 Then they will answer, (B)‘Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshiped other gods and served them.’ ”

11 then you shall say to them, (A)‘Because your fathers have forsaken Me,’ says the Lord; ‘they have walked after other gods and have served them and worshiped them, and have forsaken Me and not kept My law. 12 And you have done (B)worse than your fathers, for behold, (C)each one [a]follows the dictates of his own evil heart, so that no one listens to Me.

New King James Version
18 And now why take (A)the road to Egypt,
To drink the waters of (B)Sihor?
Or why take the road to (C)Assyria,
To drink the waters of [a]the River?
19 Your own wickedness will (D)correct you,
And your backslidings will rebuke you.
Know therefore and see that it is an evil and bitter thing
That you have forsaken the Lord your God,
And the [b]fear of Me is not in you,”
Says the Lord God of hosts.
20 “For of old I have (E)broken your yoke and burst your bonds;
And (F)you said, ‘I will not [c]transgress,’
When (G)on every high hill and under every green tree
You lay down, (H)playing the harlot.

Psalm 106:35-38
New King James Version
35 (A)But they mingled with the Gentiles
And learned their works;
36 (B)They served their idols,
(C)Which became a snare to them.
37 (D)They even sacrificed their sons
And their daughters to (E)demons,
38 And shed innocent blood,
The blood of their sons and daughters,
Whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan;
And (F)the land was polluted with blood.
