Exodus 9:7-9

⁷ Then Pharaoh sent, and behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was obstinate; and he did not let the people go.

⁸ And the LORD said to Moses and to Aaron, “Take your handful of ashes from the furnace; and Moses shall sprinkle them toward the sky, in the sight of Pharaoh,

⁹ “And they shall be turned to dust in all the land of Egypt. And it shall be as a scab breaking out into blisters upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.”
