Exodus 9:29-31

29 Moses said to him, ‘When I have left the city, I will spread out my hands(A) to the Lord. The thunder will cease, and there will be no more hail, so that you may know the earth[a](B) belongs to the Lord. 30 But as for you and your officials, I know that you still do not fear the Lord God.’
31 The flax and the barley were destroyed because the barley was ripe[b] and the flax was budding,(C)

New International Version
29 Moses replied, “When I have gone out of the city, I will spread out my hands(A) in prayer to the Lord. The thunder will stop and there will be no more hail, so you may know that the earth(B) is the Lord’s. 30 But I know that you and your officials still do not fear(C) the Lord God.”
31 (The flax and barley(D) were destroyed, since the barley had headed and the flax was in bloom.
