⁸ Then Pharaoh ^(A)called for Moses and Aaron and said, “^(B)Plead with the Lord ^[a]to remove the frogs from me and from my people; and ^(C)I will let the people go, so that they may sacrifice to the Lord.”

^28 (A)Plead with the Lord, for there has been enough of God’s ^[a]thunder and hail; and ^(B)I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer.”

⁶ And the king responded and said to the man of God, “Please ^[a](A)appease the Lord your God and pray for me, so that my hand may be restored to me.” So ^(B)the man of God ^[b]appeased the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored to him, and it became as it was before.
