Exodus 8:15-17

¹⁵ But when Pharaoh saw that he had rest, he hardened his heart; and he did not listen to them, as the LORD had said.

¹⁶ Again, the LORD said to Moses, “Say to Aaron, ‘Stretch out your rod and strike the dust of the earth,’ so that it may be turned to lice throughout all the land of Egypt.”

¹⁷ And they did so. For Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod and struck the dust of the earth. And lice came upon man and upon beast. All the dust of the earth was lice, throughout all the land of Egypt.
