¹² For every man cast down his rod, and they were turned into serpents. But Aaron’s rod devoured their rods.

¹³ So, Pharaoh’s heart was hardened and he did not listen to them, as the LORD had said.

¹⁴ Then the LORD said to Moses, “Pharaoh’s heart is obstinate. He refuses to let the people go.
