Exodus 39:7-9

⁷ And he put them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod—stones for a memorial to the sons of Israel—as the LORD had commanded Moses.

⁸ Also, they made the breastplate of skillful work, like the work of the ephod: of gold, blue silk, and purple, and scarlet, and fine-twined linen.

⁹ They made the breastplate square by doubling it. It was a hand breadth long and a hand breadth broad when doubled.
