Exodus 39:30-32

³⁰ Finally, they made the plate for the holy crown of fine gold and wrote an inscription upon it like the engraving of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.

³¹ And they tied a lace of blue silk to it, to fasten it on high, upon the turban, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

³² Thus, all the work of the Tabernacle — of the Tabernacle of the Congregation — was finished. And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD had commanded Moses. So they did.
