36 Then Bezalel and Aholiab and all skillful men to whom the LORD gave wisdom and understanding to know how to perform all manner work for the service of the Sanctuary, worked according to all that the LORD had commanded.

For Moses had called Bezalel and Aholiab and all the skilled men in whose hearts the LORD had put wisdom, as many as whose hearts had encouraged them to come to the work, to perform it.

And they received from Moses all the offering which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the Sanctuary, to make it. Also, they continued to bring free gifts to him every morning.

So each of the skillful men who had made all the holy work came from the work which he was doing,

and spoke to Moses, saying, “The people bring too much, more than enough for the work which the LORD has commanded to be made.”

Then Moses gave a commandment; and they had it proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, “Let neither man nor woman prepare any more work for the oblations of the Sanctuary.” So, the people were restrained from offering.

For the material they had was sufficient to make all the work, even too much.

Then, all the skillful men among the workmen made the Tabernacle ten curtains of fine-twined linen, and of blue silk, and purple, and scarlet. And upon them they made Cherubims of skillful work.

The length of one curtain was twenty-eight cubits; and the breadth of one curtain was four cubits. The curtains were all the same size.

10 And he bundled five curtains together; and he bundled another five together.

11 And he made loops of blue silk near the edge of the outermost curtain of the first bundle. He did likewise on the outermost curtain in the second bundle.

12 He made fifty loops in one curtain; and he made fifty loops on the edge of the curtain which was in the second bundle. The loops were set opposite each other.

13 Afterward, he made fifty clasps of gold and joined the curtains one to another with the clasps, so that it was one Tabernacle.

14 Also, he made curtains of goats’ hair for the covering upon the Tabernacle. He made them from eleven curtains.

15 The length of one curtain was thirty cubits; and the breadth of one curtain was four cubits. The eleven curtains were all the same size.

16 And he bundled five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves.

17 He also made fifty loops upon the edge of the outermost curtain in the first bundle; and he made fifty loops upon the edge of the outermost curtain in the second bundle.

18 He also made fifty clasps of copper to join the covering together so that it might be one.

19 And he made a covering of rams’ skins (dyed red) upon the pavilion, and a covering of badgers’ skins above it.

20 Likewise, he made the boards of shittim wood for the Tabernacle, standing upright.

21 The length of a board was ten cubits; and the breadth of a board was a cubit and a half.

22 One board had two tenons, set in order (as the feet of a ladder, one opposite another). He made all the boards of the Tabernacle in this way.

23 So, he made boards for the Tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side.

24 And he made forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards, two sockets under one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under another board for its two tenons.

25 Also, for the other side of the Tabernacle, toward the North, he made twenty boards

26 and their forty sockets of silver (two sockets under one board and two sockets under another board).

27 Likewise, toward the west side of the Tabernacle, he made six boards.

28 And he made two boards for the corners of the Tabernacle, one for each side.

29 And they were joined beneath, and likewise were secured above, with a ring. He did this to both, in both corners.

30 So there were eight boards and their sixteen sockets of silver, two sockets under every board.

31 Afterward, he made poles of shittim wood, five for the boards on the one side of the Tabernacle,

32 five poles for the boards on the other side of the Tabernacle, and five poles for the boards of the Tabernacle on the side toward the west.

33 And he made the middle pole to shoot through the boards, from one end to the other.

34 Also, he overlaid the boards with gold, and made their rings of gold (for places for the poles) and covered the poles with gold.

35 Moreover, he made a veil of blue silk and purple, and of scarlet, and of fine-twined linen. He made it with Cherubims of skillful work:

36 And made four pillars of shittim for it and overlaid them with gold. Its hooks were also of gold. And he cast four sockets of silver for them.

37 And he made a hanging for the Tabernacle door — of blue silk, and purple, and scarlet, and fine-twined linen, the work of a weaver —

38 and the five pillars of it with their hooks. And he overlaid their capitals and their bands with gold. But their five sockets were of copper.
