^9 (A)The Lord said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and behold, they are ^[a](B)an obstinate people.

⁷ Remember, do not forget how you provoked the Lord your God to wrath in the wilderness; ^(A)from the day that you left the land of Egypt until you arrived at this place, you have been rebellious against the Lord.

^24 (A)You have been rebellious against the Lord from the day I knew you.

²⁷ For I know ^(A)your rebellion and ^(B)your ^[a]stubbornness; behold, while I am still alive with you today, you have been rebellious against the Lord; how much more, then, after my death?

¹⁹ But it came about when the judge died, that they would turn back and act more corruptly than their fathers, in following other gods to serve them and bow down to them; they did not abandon their practices or their stubborn ways.
