Exodus 30:8-10
Modern English Version
8 When Aaron lights the lamps at sundown, he must burn incense on it. It is to be a perpetual incense before the Lord throughout your generations. 9 You must offer no strange incense on it, nor burnt sacrifice, nor grain offering, and you must not pour out a drink offering on it. 10 Aaron must make atonement on its horns once a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonement. Once a year he must make atonement on it throughout your generations. It is most holy to the Lord.

New International Version
8 He must burn incense again when he lights the lamps at twilight so incense will burn regularly before the Lord for the generations to come.(A) 9 Do not offer on this altar any other incense(B) or any burnt offering or grain offering, and do not pour a drink offering on it. 10 Once a year(C) Aaron shall make atonement(D) on its horns. This annual atonement must be made with the blood of the atoning sin offering[a](E) for the generations to come.(F) It is most holy to the Lord.”
