²² Even the priests who come near the Lord must purify themselves or the Lord will break out in anger against them.”^(A)

⁷ Consecrate yourselves and be holy, for I am Yahweh your God.

¹⁸ “Tell the people: Purify yourselves in readiness for tomorrow, and you will eat meat because you cried before the Lord: ‘Who will feed us meat? We really had it good in Egypt.’ The Lord will give you meat and you will eat.

²³ I will display My greatness and holiness, and will reveal Myself in the sight of many nations.^(A) Then they will know that I am Yahweh.
