²⁶ He ^(A)made the east wind blow in the sky
And by His ^[a]power He directed the south wind.
²⁷ When He rained meat upon them like the dust,
Even ^(B)winged fowl like the sand of the seas,
²⁸ He let them fall in the midst of ^[b]their camp,
All around their dwellings.

^40 [a]They ^(A)asked, and He brought ^(B)quail,
And satisfied them with the ^[b](C)bread of heaven.
