^30 (A)Thus Yahweh saved Israel that day from the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel ^(B)saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore.

¹⁹ But you ^(A)have today rejected your God, who saves you from all your calamities and your distresses; yet you have ^[a]said, ‘No, but set a king over us!’ So now, ^(B)take your stand before Yahweh by your tribes and by your clans.”

²³ So ^(A)Yahweh saved Israel that day, and the battle ^[a]spread beyond ^(B)Beth-aven.

¹⁴ But they took their stand in the midst of that portion and delivered it, and struck down the Philistines. So Yahweh saved them by a great salvation.

²² So Yahweh ^(A)saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria and from the hand of all others, and He ^[a]guided them on every side.
