¹³ And Moses said to the people, ^(A)“Do not be afraid. ^(B)Stand still, and see the ^(C)salvation^[a] of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall ^(D)see again no more forever.

³⁰ So the Lord ^(A)saved^[a] Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel ^(B)saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore.

⁵ For he took his ^(A)life in his hands and ^(B)killed the Philistine, and ^(C)the Lord brought about a great deliverance for all Israel. You saw it and rejoiced. ^(D)Why then will you ^(E)sin against innocent blood, to kill David without a cause?”
