2 Now announce to the people that both men and women should ask their neighbors for silver and gold jewelry.” 3 The Lord gave[a] the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians. And the man Moses was highly regarded[b] in the land of Egypt by[c] Pharaoh’s officials and the people.(A)

2 Tell the people that men and women alike are to ask their neighbors for articles of silver and gold.”(A) 3 (The Lord made the Egyptians favorably disposed(B) toward the people, and Moses himself was highly regarded(C) in Egypt by Pharaoh’s officials and by the people.)
